Repair Services - Please understand, that while we do service and repair Roomba and Scooba models we do not attempt to diagnose/evaluate repairs by email. Our trained staff of repair technicians are here to service your roomba and to attempt a diagnosis without having it here is fruitless since more often then not the described symptoms involve more then one roomba/scooba primary system.

To properly and effectively diagnose a system requires us to connect the roomba/scooba to our diagnostic system in order to run the evaluation routine.
